7. Eat and Sleep Right

Pay attention to what you are eating and try to get enough sleep in order to feel happier when things change. You will make such a huge difference in the quality of your life and this will bring so many benefits to your mental health too. Try to eat in a more healthy way, by saying no to all the processed foods, to all the fried stuff and to all the sugary snacks. Also, don’t neglect the importance of sleeping right!

Try to sleep for at least 7 hours per night, so that your body can heal and rest. You will see that once you get enough sleep and you will eat the right foods, you will feel happier, more relaxed and more active, even if a lot of things have changed in your life.
