Picking yourself back up after a bit of depression or even just a bad day is hard. It takes a lot of mental stimulation, good vibes and you focusing on it. Below, I've got some of the best tips that always help pick me right up!

Ice cream your fave? Treat yo' self!
This is what I do. My puppies always bring me joy.
It doesn't have to be big. Go for a bike ride and let go when you go down the hill. Excite yourself!
Also, make sure you are spontaneous at some point.
Inspiration is everywhere!
Instead of the negative.
This is huge. Instead of negative people, surround yourself with love.
And refer back to the list when you are down.
This is sometimes hard but so necessary.
Is something holding you back? Push through it!
Seriously, celebrate any and all victories.
This will help remove a lot of the negativity.
Connect a lot more with all types of nature.
