4. Reminders

Next, itโ€™s time for a few reminders - picking up your laundry at the dry cleaners, restocking your frozen veggie supply at the market after work, or perhaps calling that friend youโ€™ve been meaning to contact all week. Write down anything that comes to mind, and feel free to add it to your list if you think of it later. Then, when 4 or 5 p.m. rolls around, you can take a peek at this list and see if thereโ€™s something you forgot to do.
