Everyone defines “overwhelming” differently. This is because we each can view the same situation in about a million different ways. We're all the same, though, when we seek out ways to cope when you're overwhelmed.
One thing we can all agree on is that sometimes life can get a bit too much to handle. Here are some ways to cope when you're overwhelmed.
1. Mentally Go Somewhere else
This one is a lot easier said than done but is one of the best ways to cope when you're overwhelmed. However, going somewhere else in your mind for a few minutes every once in a while can work wonders to calm you down. Imagine the situation you’re going through being much easier or how you want it to be. Positive energy goes a long way.
