New Year's 🎊 Resolutions to Achieve in a Week 📅 All Impatient People Will Love 💗 ...

We've all done it. Made a New Year's resolution that we didn't keep. Experts say that a good majority of people who make resolutions abandon them within the first couple of weeks. Perhaps your resolution was too hard to stick with or you just don't have time to make the effort. Whatever is holding you back, consider making a resolution you can reach in a week this year and you'll feel super successful and you'll reach a goal you make for yourself. There's no better way to start off the New Year! Here are some New Year's resolutions you can achieve in a week.

1. Save More Money

(Your reaction) Thank you!

This definitely tops my list this year. You can certainly make this a resolution that you work on all year long, but you can also cross it off in a just a week. Get a change jar to collect loose coins and set up automatic withdrawals to your savings account. There - saving has never been so easy!

2. Meet a New Person

(Your reaction) Thank you!

Whether you want a significant other, someone to network with or just a new friend to hang out with, it shouldn't take you all year to get it done. Try signing up for a new workout class, take a workshop related to your career or just hit the bar with your other friends. Make an effort to seek out new people and introduce yourself. 3. Get Organized

(Your reaction) Thank you!

This is a New Year's resolution that many people make, but can't stick with. I've been trying to keep my office organized for years, but it usually only lasts a few weeks. Fortunately, getting your space put together isn't a year long resolution and is something you can get done in a week or less. Buy some organizing items, such as a day planner, bins and baskets and get to work. Just make sure you continue using those items all year round or your hard work will be for nothing.

4. Learn How to Defend Yourself

(Your reaction) Thank you!

Self-defense is an important thing for women. Knowing how to protect yourself in a scary situation can save your life. A self defense class can be done in one day, although you can continue with the techniques all through the year if you love it. However, learning how to take care of yourself is empowering and is a resolution it won't take you long to finish.

5. Get a New Hobby

(Your reaction) Thank you!

Research proves that having a hobby is beneficial because it allows you to do something you love. That improves quality of life and makes your free time more enjoyable. Luckily, it shouldn't take more than a week to find a hobby you can stick with for the rest of the year. There are multitudes of hobbies to choose from. Try knitting, painting, dancing, coloring, sewing or woodworking. You're going to love it!

6. Be Charitable

(Your reaction) Thank you!

You can contribute to charity in many ways and it doesn't have to take all year. Go through your closet and donate clothes you don't want anymore to a local women's shelter. Donate a bit of cash to help a worthy cause or volunteer to serve meals to the homeless this week. Not only have you accomplished your resolution, but being charitable makes you feel good and makes the person you helped feel good too.

7. Clean up

(Your reaction) Thank you!

If your resolution this year is a deep clean of your entire space, you are not alone. You'll have to keep up with it occasionally throughout the year, but the actual cleaning can be done in a week or less. Make a list of what you want to get done, then divide those tasks up for the week. By the end of it, you'll have a cleaner and tidier space.
