Your attitude is one of the key ways to transform yourself. What you put out in the world is what you will get back. If you have a negative attitude then everything will suck, plus you’ll be bringing the people around you down. Have a positive outlook on life, even in the worst of times, and you’ll find yourself getting positive results.

If you’ve been rocking the same hairdo for several years or if you don’t even have a hairdo then it’s time to head to the hairdresser! A great way to reinvent yourself is by changing your hair as it’s one of the first things people see. Updating your hair isn’t enough though. Make sure you’re maintaining it by styling it, washing it and preventing damage.



Fights, debates and disagreements are parts of any healthy relationship. However, if you find yourself always being brought down by your friends then perhaps it’s time to change the circle of people you hang out with. At any age it’s tough to make new friends but join a running group or a book club and you’ll be finding new friends in no time.



Your BMI (body mass index) should always be within 18.5 – 24.9. Also, you should always consult a doctor if you’re planning on losing a drastic amount of weight. With that being said, losing weight or even toning up is a great way to transform yourself. Plus eating healthy and exercising will change you from the inside and out and the quality of your life will improve by tenfold.



Take a look at your career, friends and family, finances, goals, etc... and prioritize them. When you focus your time and energy into things that are most important to you in life, you’ll be happier. Taking time to figure out what you want in life and then doing everything in your power to get it will bring you a sense of fulfillment and pride.



Maintaining your weight is one thing but maintaining your health is another. I don’t mean just your health in regards to food and exercise, but I also mean your emotional and mental health. Humans are delicate creatures and it’s easy for us to become overwhelmed and emotional. When life feels like it’s caving in, just take a break! Whether it be on a vacation to Far Far Away Land, requesting time off from work or just spending the weekend as a recluse, let your heart and mind stop for a moment and recover themselves.



Over the years, your life, your body and your personality change. Clothes are a great way to express what you’re feeling on the inside. Take time to go through your closet and see what still fits, what’s in good condition and what suits your lifestyle. Everything else can be donated or thrown away. In addition, treat yourself to a small shopping spree (with a budget of course!) to update your wardrobe.

Everyday we’re a new version of ourselves. However, sometimes we become too comfortable with the same old image we project to the world. Break free of your comfort zone and transform yourself from the inside out. What other ways are there for people to grow and transform?
