1. Eat an Orange in the Shower
If you haven’t tried this in your daily routine, do it now! Get in the shower with an orange and peel it while you’re in the shower. The steam will naturally bring out the citrus oils from the peel. So you get a little aromatherapy and a sweet treat! This is one of my favorite ways to practice self love.
