1. Eat an Orange in the Shower

eating, girl, drinking, If you haven’t tried this in your daily routine, do it now! Get in the shower with an orange and peel it while you’re in the shower. The steam will naturally bring out the citrus oils from the peel. So you get a little aromatherapy and a sweet treat! This is one of my favorite ways to practice self love.

2. Put the Phone down for a Day

socialite, event, audience, girl, We all do it when we get bored, we pick our phones up every 2 seconds, even when we know there’s nothing new to check! Put that phone down, babe. Switch your phone to airplane mode and put it in the other room for a day, or even an afternoon. Go outside, read a book or literally do nothing! Rest your brain and your eyes.

6. Take Some Time for a Face Mask

7. Get to Bed

room, bedroom, home, interior design, bed frame, Take a night to go to bed early, take a bath, have some tea, then snuggle into bed. You’ll feel super refreshed and ready to go the next day!
