I couldn’t agree more with Lou Holtz who said that “Your talent determines what you can do. Your motivation determines how much you are willing to do. Your attitude determines how well you do it.” With the right attitude and with a bit of motivation, you can do whatever you dream of, no matter how impossible or crazy that thing may seem. Here are a few toxic habits that kill motivation that you should try to avoid.

1. You Don’t Believe in Yourself

In my opinion, this is definitely one of the most toxic habits you need to get rid of in order to live truly happy and free of any worries. By always doubting yourself, you’ll only waste your time and your energy without actually doing anything to reach your goals. Trust yourself and your abilities more and learn to love and accept yourself just the way you are! If you work hard enough and if you have faith in your abilities, there’s nothing you can’t accomplish.
