1. Doubting Yourself
"Doubt your doubts before you doubt yourself." I believe everyone is a victim of self-doubt, I just feel like some people can overcome these doubts, while some people get caught up in it; can I do it? Is this even possible? Do I deserve this? To everyone reading this- with all the strength in this world- remember... you can't move a small chair if you don't try to, and you certainly can't move it with your mind. If you're hungry, do you sit and wait for food? Even people that live lavishly open their mouth to eat because they can't eat with their minds. In this life you need to fight, and one of those things you need to fight is doubting yourself, you can either sit down and ask yourself if you can do it or you can get up, make up your mind and just do it!
