Worrying is completely worthless. While there are things that you can do to change the future, there is nothing that you can do to change things that are beyond your control. Worrying about tomorrow takes away the joys of your today. Stop worrying and you'll start feeling a whole lot better.
2. Concentrate on What You Can Control
While there are things in your life that you can't control, there are things that you can. One way to heal your inner self is to concentrate on those things that you can control. Feeling stressed because you are trying to get things together at the last minute? Start planning ahead. Depressed because you didn't put enough money aside for your bills?
