1. You're Too Negative

If you're too negative then this is one sign that you need to change your way of thinking. Ekhart Tolle calls thinking an addiction and he's right. We can over-think things and we can also get caught in the negative thinking trap. When you find yourself thinking negatively, swap it for a positive thought. Thoughts can grow very quickly and before you know it, a seemingly innocent thought can take you to a very bad place indeed. Be aware of your thought patterns and if you need a little help, put some positive affirmations around you to remind you to think positively.

2. You're Not Achieving Your Goals

If you're not achieving your goals then you will certainly need to change your way of thinking. Think about the reasons why you're not achieving your goals and it is likely due to the ways in which you are seeing the world at the moment. Again, don't berate yourself for not being where you want to be but work on the present moment and what you can do now to get to where you want to be in the future.

3. You're Losing Friends

If you're losing friends then it's another sign that you might need to change your way of thinking. Are you blaming others for your lack of progress in life? Are you just too negative for people to handle? This is one of the signs you need to re-wire your thinking.

4. You're Not Open to Change

If you're not open change then you will need to think about whether you can really travel through life this way. Change is inevitable in life but some people find it harder than others to accept change and use it to their advantage. Accept that change is inevitable and that it's actually a good thing. We're physically changing every moment of every day as our cells change. Also, we're not the same person we were yesterday because of the experiences we have had. Be more open to change and embrace it rather than fearing it.

5. You're Not Open to New Experiences

If you're not open to new experiences then you may need to change your way of thinking. New experiences are exciting and exhilarating. Life should be a little scary some times but that's the great thing about it. We need to always step out of our comfort zones and experience new situations.

6. You're Unhappy

If you're unhappy then you will certainly need to change your way of thinking. Happiness has nothing to do with external factors. It has little to do with how much money you have or whether you have that delicious hand bag you have been pining over for weeks. It does have everything to do with your way of thinking though. Don't think that your happiness is dependent on getting that boyfriend or material item. Find the happiness within.

7. You're Uninspired

If you're uninspired then you will need to change your way of thinking. We can find inspiration from everywhere in life and if you're not filled with excitement by life and all it has to offer then you will need to look around and see where you can find inspiration. Find it in your work and play. Look at the ways in which children run with excitement. They're so happy just to be. Find the child within and happiness will ensue.

These are just some of the signs you need to change your way of thinking in life. Has anyone else changed their way of thinking and found things change for them for the better?

Where Thoughts and Opinions Converge

I got inspired to change my way of thinking when I kept getting asked what did I do for fun and couldn't really come up with an answer, so I made my New Years resolution to make a serious effort to step out of my comfort zone in every possible way, and so far, so good! I learned that I was really letting fear hold me back from growing

Life is about flexibility, too stiff or upright and we might break :)

I have all of those maybe i am still a little depressed :(
