1. Organize
One of the ways to cope when you're super busy is to be uber organized with your time. Look at your schedule and as far as you can, plan ahead but don't panic when the unexpected occurs - just go with it. Plan your lunches for the week and prepare them at the weekend. Also, plan what you're going to wear the next day so that you don't have to spend your busy morning throwing your clothes out of the wardrobe and onto the floor as you try to find that outfit you wanted to wear.
Being organized extends beyond just planning meals and outfits; it also involves setting priorities for your daily tasks. Start each day with a clear list of what needs to be accomplished by reviewing your to-do list and identifying the most urgent and important tasks. By doing so, you can focus on what truly matters without getting sidetracked by less critical activities. Furthermore, breaking down larger projects into smaller, more manageable steps can help you progress steadily without feeling overwhelmed. This tactic ensures that, despite your buzzing schedule, you're continuously moving forward rather than feeling stuck in chaos.
2. Prioritize
This is another way to cope when you're super busy. Think about what needs doing and make a list of things that are urgent and things that can wait a while. Making plans for a mini-break or a holiday can make you feel much better when you're super busy. We all need to re-charge our batteries and thinking about getting away for a few days can make you feel excited and help you to look forward to a time when you're not running around like a headless chicken!

Being present is important because the present moment is all that we have. The past and future exist only in our imaginations and a super busy mind which is cluttered with the guilt of the past and worry about the future is not healthy. Be present and focus on the tasks in hand.
