You already know this one and you are kind of ashamed of it , am I right? What if people don’t like me ? What if I sound stupid? What will they say? Wait dear.. why blowing your head with unnecessary questions? They are not worth your time. Why care about people who don’t like you think Remember this: Confidence is not “ They are going to like me” Confidence is "I'm okay even if they don’t” This quote speaks more than a thousand words. Be confident silly, be comfortable in your own skin, there are a lot of people who are going to love you. You are unique!
2. NEVER COMPARE YOURSELF
You will never be truly happy if you do this. Never wish to have like a body like hers, a life like hers, family like hers, partner like hers… It’s okay to see someone as an inspiration in your life but to underestemate yourself it’s definitely not normal and healthy, it does only damage to you. Appreciate what you have, acknowledge that everyone is different and you don’t know what is hiding behind the curtains, don’t be fooled by the social media. Everyone is showing what they want you to see. Perfect life doesn’t really exist. So that’s why you need to stop comparing yourself to others and you will experience joy and happiness in everyday life.

Surround yourself with positive people, with people who love you and care about you. It will not only make you happy, it will also boost your self esteem up. Listen to their compliments and believe in them. You are loved.
4. DON’T BE AFRAID to TAKE RISKS
We all know if we want our dream to come true we have to work hard on it. We’re happy when we succeed but when we fail it makes us to feel unmotivated and hopeless. Overanalyzing is dwelling on the thought about something, thinking about it over and over, trying to dig deeper and deeper, because somehow you believe it could end up giving you a way out. When in doubt, overanalyzing somehow gives us comfort. Most of the time, we never actually get an answer but a set of worries.

6. DON’T WORRY about the FUTURE
Everyone wants to know what awaits us in future. We wanna know about our career, health, fianances, loved ones...That worrying thing doesn’t bring us anything but headaches. If you are worried for your health when you get older in the future then start eating healthy, if you are worried about your finances then start saving up money. But there’s nothing you can do about your loved ones they have to take actions for themselves and if there is a problem don’t forget to help. We don’t know what will future bring us, so it’s better to live in the moment then thinking about it at the moment.
7. LET GO of CONTROL
Control feels us more secure but at the same time it takes freedom from us. You sometimes depend on it and if it doesn’t always go as planned you feel dissapointed. Trying to have control of everything will make you panic even more and also it stops you from achieving the happiness from within.
