1. Wake up Early
You shouldn't sleep in on Monday mornings. The later you wake up, the less time you'll have to complete your goals. Of course, it's important to get a sufficient amount of sleep. That's why you should get to bed early on Sunday night. That way, you'll end up getting the proper amount of sleep, and won't struggle to climb out of bed in the morning.
Waking up early sets the tone for a productive week ahead. Early risers have the advantage of serene morning hours to plan, prioritize, and focus on personal well-being without distractions. Use this time to meditate, exercise, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee while reviewing your schedule. These peaceful moments are crucial for mental clarity and setting positive intentions for the week. Remember, a well-rested mind is more effective, so prioritize a good night's sleep to make the most of your early mornings.
2. Eat a Healthy Breakfast
Don't forget to eat breakfast. Even though it's early in the day, that doesn't mean that you can't turn on your stove. Make yourself some eggs, or at least pour yourself some cereal and top it with banana slices. Eating a healthy meal will give you the energy you need to start the day. It beats binging on coffee to wake yourself up.

3. Return Texts and Emails
After you wake up and eat your breakfast, you should head to your computer. Check your emails and respond to as many of them as you can. There's no reason to leave an email unanswered when you can take two minutes of your time to write out a quick reply. Besides, the faster you reply, the more professional you'll appear.
4. Create a to-do List
It's hard to accomplish your goals when you don't know what they are. That's why you should take a little bit of time out on Monday morning to jot down a list of things you want to do that week. After you make the list, separate the items, so that you only have a little bit to do on each day. That way, you won't feel as stressed out.
5. Exercise
It's hard enough to push yourself out of bed in the morning, which means it'll be even harder to push yourself to exercise. Of course, it's the perfect way to start your day off on a good foot. Even if you slack for the rest of the day, you won't feel too guilty, because you'll know that you got some exercise in early in the day.
6. Make Things Easier on Yourself Tomorrow
Never forget this quote: "Do something today that your future self will thank you for." Maybe that means that you should finish an assignment now, so that you don't have to do it at the last minute tomorrow. Maybe it means you should pick out your outfit a day ahead of time, so you're not stuck making a decision in the morning. It doesn't matter what you do, as long as you make your future self proud.
7. Smile
If you go through the whole day with a scowl, you aren't going to get as much done. A positive attitude can go a long way. That's why you should smile at strangers, act friendly when you run into familiar faces, and remain as optimistic as possible. If you think that you're going to have a productive day, then there's a higher chance that you actually will have a productive day.
8. Switch Perspective
It's easy to be negative about things in life-especially when they aren't going your way! But, switching your perspective and being more positive will radiate out and even make you realize your true value and worth.
9. Set Goals
Maybe they have a dream board. Or maybe it's a notebook full of scribbled notes. Whatever it is, successful women always have a plan and always have a goal set to strive towards. Just remember, she's a go-getter which is super important in life!
10. Work Meet Play
One would think a successful woman has no fun; can I just say that is a bold faced lie! Successful women still have fun, they still like to have play dates. They realize work stays at work and off time is meant for whatever!
If you accomplish everything on this list next Monday morning, you'll be happy with the results. How do you usually spend your Monday mornings?
