To start off the list of quotes about living healthy, I decided to pick a quote by one of the men I admire most. Benjamin Franklin knew that the key to all happiness and health starts with a good night's sleep. That is something I try to live by everyday by getting at least 8 hours of sleep.

So good! The only one I have a different spin on is number 6. There are plenty of delicious foods on earth, just eat the delicious foods that happen to be healthy. And there are plenty of fun activities to do, just do the ones that keep your body moving. If you ever don't want to do it, you are on the wrong path. Your soul should be just as nurtured as your body :)
