Everyone is more preoccupied with what’s happening in their life and they won’t probably notice that you did something that you think is unacceptable or embarrassing.

People become self conscious because they worry too much about what others are thinking of them and that they will confirm their negative thoughts. Your thoughts become negative only if you view them as negative.
