3. New Updates

When you're up until three in the morning, you'll get bored by the Internet, because nothing new is popping up. However, after a few hours of sleep, they'll be tons of new updates on the social media sites and news sites that you visit. You'll have plenty of new things to read.

4. Catchy Music

You can listen to music in your car while you drive to work. You can pop your your headphones in as you walk to class. Music always makes you feel better, so play your favorite song, and get ready to take on your day. Who knows, you might even discover your new favorite band today.

5. Positive Emotions

You might hate emotions, because they allow you to be sad and mad and annoyed. However, think of all of the positive emotions you'll experience throughout the day. You're going to laugh, you're going to smile, and you're going to have at least one meaningful conversation. It's not all bad.

6. TV Shows

If you have a bit of free time, you can watch some Netflix on your laptop or actually turn on the TV. There are hundreds of shows just waiting to be watched. If you haven't finished--or started--Orange is the New Black, then you can easily kill a few hours.

7. Stepping Forward
