1. Dr. Sean Stephenson
Dr. Sean Stephenson was born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a rare bone disorder that stunted his growth and caused him to have very brittle bones. Sean relies on a wheelchair to get around, but his physical challenges have never held him back. In my opinion, Sean is one of the most inspirational people of his generation. He inspires us to break free of fears, excuses and insecurities. Check out his free internet radio show: SeanStephenson.com.
2. Andrea Albright
Andrea Albright is a weight loss expert and motivational speaker who battled her own weight problem for years. Andrea’s not about “quick fixes” and believes that lasting weight loss is only possible if you heal yourself from within. Yes, there are countless weight loss gurus on the internet, but Andrea’s different. She teaches us how to actually enjoy the process of healing our bodies. Her site: AmazingBodyNow.com

4. Jerrold Mundis
Jerrold Mundis has authored many different books, but his money books are what truly turned my financial situation around. If you are dealing with money problems, “How to Get Out of Debt, Stay Out of Debt & Live Prosperously” is an absolute must-read. 5. Dr. Tara Brach
Dr. Tara Brach is an author and meditation teacher who spent years living and studying in an ashram, or spiritual community. Her books and guided meditations teach us how to embrace our fears by radically accepting ourselves, flaws and all. For meditation newbies, Tara makes it easy to grasp the concepts of mindfulness meditation (vipassana). Even if you’re a skeptic or think that meditation isn’t for you, Tara will change your mind. 6. Anne Lamott
I first discovered Anne Lamott on an episode of Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday. Anne inspires us to accept ourselves, just as we are today. She’s battled addiction and her books teach us how to begin healing the wounded parts of ourselves. One of her messages I love the most is about the importance of appreciating the sacred parts of our everyday lives. Anne doesn’t have a website, but she’s on Facebook and Twitter.
7. Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Jr. & Dr. T. Colin Campbell
I just love these guys. I’m giving them equal billing because they are the two geniuses behind the film, “Forks Over Knives.” If you haven’t yet seen this documentary, it’s time you did because it could literally save your life. Because of their research, thousands of people have healed their bodies with simple food. They have proven that diseases like heart disease and cancer can be completely avoided by eating a 100% plant-based diet. They’ve inspired my husband and me to change our diets, which I never thought would happen with my steak-loving husband. So there you have it. These 7 (actually 8) people have changed my outlook in so many different ways. Who inspires you?
