2. SMILE and Be OPTIMISTIC!!
Research shows that when we smile and have a positive outlook on life that we naturally feel better. Even if you don’t feel like smiling if you fake it you will make it! Smiling is also contagious and will help to create happiness in others as well.
3. GIVE BACK
Whether it's to people, animals, or our planet, even simple gestures of kindness can give you an instant boost of the feel goods. No kind gesture is too small.
4. GO outside and Get Back to What’s Natural
When we connect with nature we energize ourselves, improve our physical and mental health. Being outdoors can be inspiring, take time for a walk in the park or a hike in the woods. You’ll be happy you did. 😊

A good long hug has been proven to release feel good chemicals throughout our bodies, lowering stress levels and increasing positive mood balance.
