4. Meditation

Simple meditation can do wonders for a person’s concentration span. Before you start your busy day, spend about five minutes, sitting down quietly, with your eyes closed, focusing on your breathing. Repeat this, in shorter bursts, throughout the day when it is time to transition from one big task to another. It is a way to give your mind and body a quick reset, and you will be surprised by just how reinvigorated you feel just by focusing on your inner self and your breathing for a few minutes before jumping back into fast-paced life.
