You don’t want to complain about every aspect of your life, or you’ll start to honestly believe that nothing good ever happens to you. However, there are plenty of great things waiting for you! So surround yourself with happy, positive people. With a little time, their attitude will rub off on you.

Stress can affect your energy levels, your physical health, and your mental health. If you’re under too much pressure to get things done, try to set up a schedule that will make things easier to handle, or even give up some of your responsibilities. You can’t take on much more than you can handle, or you’ll regret it. Your health should be your first priority.

What bothers you the most about yourself? Try to break those bad habits so that you're happier to be you. Just make sure that you don't change for anyone else--only do it for yourself. You don't need anyone else's approval to be happy.
