Jayden Wilson is a five-year-old boy battling a grade four brain-stem tumor - a cancer that has a survival rate of approximately a year, according to his father - and like other five-year-old boys, Jayden has some serious love for Spider-Man! His dad gave him the surprise of a lifetime when he showed up to Jayden's birthday party dressed up as his favorite superhero. Watch the incredible video right here:
