“Just Breathe”

This is great advice anytime things aren’t going your way. When you get to the end of a crappy day, take some time to unwind and relax while paying close attention to your breathing. Often, deep breathing can calm you in a surprising way and you might find that things aren’t as bad as they seem. And if they are, at least the day is over and you can start fresh tomorrow.
