This is for all you girls who have a hard time functioning in the morning. I am one of you.

These are all so simple, but is there atleast one you have never considered?

1. Exercise

Personally, I cannot do workouts in the morning. However, I am going to take her suggestion.

2. Coffee

On the other hand, coffee seems so habit, that we often do not even think about it.

3. To-do Lists

To-do lists are common, but do you always finish by the end of the day?

The above are my favorites. I think that they make the most sense. Have your coffee, write your to-do list, then exercise for at least 10 minutes! Your day is set!

The video is short, sweet and to the point. I think the tips are extremely easy to remember and to follow through.
