5. Allow Negativity

Pushing bad thoughts and unhappiness to the back of your mind and repressing them is unhealthy and should be avoided. Instead, allow this negativity to come to the front, and wallow in it for a short time before making the effort to move on from it. Don’t let it fester. Recognise it, and work to complete more of your little feelings of happiness in order to make the feelings fade.
