I know how hard it can be sometimes to be happy with who you are and especially with the way you look. Yet, the best way to learn how to be happy is by letting go of that negative body image that makes you feel so insecure and that can lead in time to serious problems like eating disorders or even to affective disorders. There is no such correct or perfect body type. Learn how to feel comfortable in your own skin because health is what matters the most. Beauty comes from within and you shouldn’t let others tell you otherwise!
