Tina B. Tessina, known as Dr. Romance, shares with we gals, the way kindness is a gift whether we give it or receive it.

## 1. Yourself

You have to be good to yourself. If not, you are not going to be any good for anybody else.

## 2. Words

Use kind words. For example, write on sticky notes and place them in public places for someone to find and brighten their day.

## 3. Grief

Be kind to those who are grieving. Listen to them as they may need someone to talk to.

## 4. Gratitude

Say thank you, please, may I...
