According to those that study habit formation, it takes two weeks to form a habit and three weeks to break it. Here are some bad habits to break, starting right now.

1 Stressing over the past

Redirect your energy into finding solutions to the problems you're stressing over. Stressing over the past is definitely one of the most important bad habits to break.

2 Keeping Your Emotions inside

3 Putting Yourself down

8 Skipping Meals

9 Eating when You're Not Hungry

10 Sitting Too Much
