I would recommend waking up 10 to 15 minutes early to meditate.

You will be refreshed and your mind will be re-focused on the things that really matter.

You can also take up yoga, which will help eliminate the toxins from your body!

Changing bad habits and the wrong people in your life will make things much simpler and happier.

Little by little you can add positivity back into your life!
