5. Be Kind to Yourself!
Don’t be so hard on yourself!
Everyone gets rejected every now and then, so don’t beat yourself up if such a thing happens to you too.
I know it can be very frustrating, especially when you want a certain thing really badly, yet, you’ll get over that in no time and soon you will not even remember why that made you so sad in the first place.
Make sure you don’t drown your sorrow in cigarettes, alcohol or food, because you will only feel worse.
Just engage in positive self-talk and think about the future and about how many #things you will accomplish from now on and you will handle this difficult situation much better.
