Eating breakfast, exercising and getting a good sleep is very important for people to stay awake and alert. You don't even understand how many times I go to school and everyone is complaining because they are tired and hungry! It's so common for people to skip these important steps. It's important for people to understand these things will truly help you internally but also externally.
