There are so many reasons to accept that not everyone will like you. The world is filled with people who, no matter what you do, will point blank not like you. But it is also filled with those who will love you fiercely. They are your people. You are not for everyone and that's OK. Talk to the people who can hear you.
Don't waste your time and gifts trying to convince them of your value, they won't ever want what you're selling. Don't convince them to walk alongside with you. You'll be wasting both your time and theirs, and will likely inflict unnecessary wounds, which will take precious time to heal. You are not for them and they are not for you. Politely wave them on and continue along your way. Sharing your path with someone is a sacred gift, don't cheapen this gift by rolling in the wrong direction. It's important to figure out the reasons to accept that not everyone will like you.

Thanks to someone who posted this message. I found it and it couldn't be truer. I love to share this. This makes you think and starts segregating people around you, separating who is valuable from who's not. Some people are so deceitful you can hardly tell the difference if they care about you or making a fool of you. But over time they will show their true colors and by then you should be gone. These are the people who think that you're not good enough no matter what. It's sad when you realize that these people you care about could care less about you. They will test you, but there's no need wasting time proving yourself to them. But not all the people are bad, there are a lot of people that love you too. Those people who are there for you no matter what, love you when you are unlovable, keep coming back no matter how you keep them away - these are your people. You may not agree with most of what they do or did in their lives but respect them for who they are, they love you their own way.
