4. Refocus Your Energies

To distract yourself from inventing worrisome scenarios for the future in your head, you should try to focus your energies elsewhere, on things that are going to help you and possibly others in the present day. Havenโ€™t you been meaning to join the gym around the corner? Isnโ€™t it about time you finally started volunteering like you said you would? Whatever it happens to be in your own personal life, take up that activity and focus all of your nervous energy on it until it turns from nervousness to motivation.
