Where Thoughts and Opinions Converge

It took me a really long time to be happy with my body. But days I wasn't happy, looking in the mirror just made it worse. I would put on something that I knew went together without needing to look at the mirror and I would only quickly get my face /hair ready. I would avoid the mirror like the plague or i would break down every flaw.

yeah, telling other people your feelings makes you seem like and attention seeker. and looking in the mirror just makes me hate myself more. oh yeah... and i have depression so this is all day every day so none of these work.

There are days when I feel absolutely disgusting and others when j feel like a queen

I really liked the article. But number two, the one that says to tell your friends about your feelings, it sometimes doesn't work. I did that once and I was called an attention seeker. So I started writing in a diary and it worked. Thanks to that I have felt better than before.

You don't have to take the advice, it's by your own choice to be depressed, and act like an ass, hiding behind your computer.

This is great.

Good advice.

Everyone is imperfectly beautiful!

Very inspiring article. =) It's normal to have days where you don't feel so hott. Wendy I love what you said and that is so true; "imperfectly beautiful".

Good article.
