3. Forgive Others

If you don’t already, you should make more of an effort to forgive other people in your life that might have made mistakes. Getting into the act of forgiving is like any other habit, the more you do it the easier it becomes. This can be especially important if the person you’re forgiving has done you particular wrong, because by forgiving their half of the problem you are also forgiving your own without realising it.
